Hello, S gauge fans, I am wishing to start a model train club in my area, because currently there are none nearby, the closest being an hr. away and then 2-and three and so on. I am seeking from you, tips and suggestions on how to go about this and how to get the word out to individuals in my area. If your interested please contact me. Thank you. This is an ongoing , and open invitation to model railroaders and fans. My area is Statesville, NC.
Thanks all , I await your reply. 2-27-2010

We have just started a S Gauge (American Flyer) club here in the Valley of the Sun, Phoenix, AZ I'm the webmaster of the Clubs sites. I suggest you go to the national organization an join NASG. Then they can list you in there web site under NASG S Gauger Clubs. You can send them your clubs news. They will put the clubs news in there magazine. You can run an add in there magazine, as we did. There is also S Gaugian Magazine you can run an add in for your city. You can start a blog site for free on blogspot.com, that is how we start are informational club site at: sgaugers.blogspot.comWe also have a club site Valley of the Sun "S" Gaugers at sgaugers.comWe just had are first meeting and the club is adding members every week. Take a look at are "S" club sites. If you have any questions I would be happy to help. AZ-Flyer
